Feed time: We provide your pet with high quality premium dry food which is a fully balanced diet. Raw, Canned and/or Special Diets are to be supplied by the owners.

Grooming: Dogs boarding with us for 7 days or longer will receive a FREE hydrobath. Hydrobathing is available for a small charge to dogs boarding for less than the 7 days.

Exercise & Playtime: We understand the importance of exercise and playtime for pets, and have safe, outdoor runs where your pet can free-run and have fun.

First-timer? We spend extra time with new boarders to help them settle in.

Senior Dogs: Some older dogs need a little extra care and attention which we certainly give to them, however special diets for older dogs need to be supplied by the owners.

Soothe the soul: Music is played 24 hours a day as it can reduce stress and helps pets relax. It has a positive effect and helps with anxiety. At night it helps soothe their sleep.

For the safety of all pets and staff:

Aggressive dogs are NOT ACCEPTED.
Females on heat are not accepted.

Our Requirements

Requirements for your Pet's Health:

All pets must be up to date with vaccinations (present certificate at check in).
Dogs must have at least a C5 vaccination. Cats must have at least an F3 vaccination.
For the comfort and safety of other pets and staff, aggressive dogs are NOT accepted
Dogs are to wear their own firm fitting collar and lead (no neck chains)
ALL PETS ARE TO BE TREATED FOR TICKS & FLEAS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Pets will not be admitted if any obvious signs of transmittable illness.

Important Information:

Viruses like canine cough and cat flu are airborne (just like human flu virus) and cannot be controlled by daily hygiene regime.

Animals including your pet, can carry a dormant virus in their system for up to 6 months which can activate at any time – this is out of our control.

We are happy to administer medication if required.

Medium-Large Dog Kennel Area (up to 35 kg):

$30.00-Desexed
$40.00-Entire
Small dogs housed in Medium-Large Kennel Area will be charged at Medium-Large rates.

All Dogs over 35 kg (selected breeds only)
$40.00

Hydrobath
$20.00 (Dogs who stay 7 days or longer, receive a FREE bath).

Arrivals & Collections outside of business hours

By arrangement only and will incur a $40.00 fee.

Injectable Medication

$2.00 per needle administered. Oral Meds - FREE.
